This dude came into my work the other day with this real sick board and I demanded him to let me take a picture of it! He said it had been sitting in his garage for the last 20 or so years so he whipped it out and put some new trucks and wheels on it and is using it as a cruiser… pretty sure it’s just a Warehouse (The Wal-Mart type shop of New Zealand) type board that isn’t really a branding of any sort, but the artwork on it is real dope regardless! love how it’s still got the nosebone/tail guard and old rails on it! Tighteous!

So I just hit 200 followers recently and realized I’ve never really “introduced” myself on here.
Whats happenin’ dude? I’m Chris! a skateboarding metal-charged punk with a unhealthy obsession with the 80’s and am known amongst close friends as “Retro” - I am hugely into metal (80s thrash/speed, old school death metal, black metal, NWOBHM/heavy meh’ul, doom metal), punk (d-beat/crust, grindcore, 80s hardcore, crossover) and have an slight obsession with a lot of 80s synth pop music and video game music. I say the words “dude”, “man”, and “legit” way too much, and am known to come up with my own sayings, words and inside jokes. Radtastic, radcore to the bone, heaps way legit, dopeular, etc.
I play in a band called NVMBSKVLL, thrash-doom-grind-violence.
I’m single, but do not want to be. I am shy as fuck, but once you know me my shell cracks. I am a pretty friendly dude and will talk to almost anyone, but if anyone fucks with me I’ll fuck with them back double time.
After being on tumblr for the last year or so I have come to follow some really awesome blogs/people and would like to get to know some of you, so if you want to talk or find out anything, please don’t hesitate to ask! :)

Fucking broke one of my Independent baseplates >_< - on the bright side, there were many National billboards and signs on the way home to rip and tear down to relieve a bit of frustration… political vandalism is fun, man!
